  9. If you find Tools Plus useful and continue to use it beyond the thirty (30) day free evaluation period, you are required to register your copy.

  11. Registration entitles you to privileges and special benefits that are available only to registered Tools Plus users:

  13.  • You will receive the latest version of Tools Plus on a disk.  The
  14.    latest version may include new features that have been implemented
  15.    since this version was released.
  16.  
  17.  • You will receive the Tools Plus User Manual, a comprehensive 180 page
  18.    professionally illustrated, indexed and bound document that contains
  19.    invaluable information and programming tips that were not included in
  20.    the condensed evaluation documentation.
  21.  
  22.  • You will be eligible to receive free software updates that won’t be
  23.    offered as Shareware.
  24.  
  25.  • You will be eligible to receive software upgrades at reduced prices.
  26.    Upgrades won’t be offered as Shareware.
  27.  
  28.  • You will have access to our Technical Support services.
  29.  
  30.  • You will be eligible to be a “Concept Contributor” by telling us
  31.    about the features you want to see in upcoming versions of Tools
  32.    Plus.

  43.   The Tools Plus registration fee is the same regardless of where you live.  It differing only in currency exchange rates (at the time of registration), federal and provincial sales taxes, and shipping costs.  Please use the appropriate table below to calculate the correct fee for registering Tools Plus.

  45.   “Tools Plus for THINK C” and “Tools Plus for THINK Pascal” are two different products.  You may register either one separately for $149 US, or $199 US for both.

  155. You can use any of the following methods to register Tools Plus…

  161.   To register Tools Plus by mail, fill out the “Registration Form”
  162.   document on your computer, then print it out.  If you do not have a
  163.   means of printing the form, write “Tools Plus” on a blank sheet of
  164.   paper, and include all the information requested in the “Registration
  165.   Form” document.  Mail the registration form and fee to:

  174.   Quick Tip: If you are a resident of the United States or Canada and
  175.   you are paying with a check that is imprinted with your name and
  176.   current address, it is not necessary to use the registration form.

  178.   C”, “Tools Plus for Pascal”, or “Tools Plus for C and Pascal”) on the
  179.   check and mailing it to the address above.  Please include your
  180.   E-mail account number (including InterNet ID), if you have one.

  215. You will become a registered user when you receive your Tools Plus Registered User package, which includes:
  216.   • the latest version of Tools Plus on a disk
  217.   • the official Tools Plus User Manual
  218.   • a Software License for registered users
  219. Until that time, you must abide by the terms and conditions of the Shareware License until you received your Tools Plus Registered User package from Water’s Edge Software.
